Shipping and Handling

Shipping rates are calculated on the actual weight of your order and insurance for the price of your purchase. At check out, you will determine how quickly you would like your order delivered, and will see the total cost of shipping and handling. A tracking number will be provided to you by email.  We only ship within USA.

Back Orders
In the event an item(s) is on back order or out of stock, you will be notified of item's status. Most out of stock items are typically restocked within 15 days unless otherwise noted.  We encourage to place your order now to ensure the item(s) availability as they are handled on first come first serve basis.  Order with both in-stock and out of stock items, in-stock items will ship immediately.  All back order item(s) will be shipped to you at additional shipping cost.

Return Policy

*All returns require Return Merchandise Authorization Number  (RMA#). Returns sent to us without an RMA# will not be accepted

Please return items and include the packing slip or invoice, so that we can process your refund. Item(s) damaged in shipment
Items damaged during shipment transit must notify us within 3 buisness days.  Please save all packing material and wait for further instructions.

Defective Item(s)*
Defective item(s) will be repaired or replaced at our sole discretion.  Shipping cost for returning item(s) is the responsibility of the customer. STAXUSA will return the repaired or replaced item(s) at no shipping charge (if you reside in the contiguous 48 US states). Others will receive an equivalent savings on return shipping as 48 US state customers.
*Defective item(s) deemed non-defective by us will be subject to service and/or restocking fees at our sole discretion.

Refused Shipments
Refused delivery on any shipment for any reason will be the customers financial responsibility both to and from shipping charges. You also will be financially responsible for any duties and taxes incurred for the return shipment. These charges will either be deducted from any credit you were to receive or charged to your credit card.
