In the event your product needs In-Warranty service, fill out the Warranty Form for pre-Authorization before sending any product for service.
Out of Warranty and older* products do not require pre-Authorization. To have your product(s) serviced, please follow the guidelines below:
- No pre-Authorization / Return Authorization (RMA) is needed for out of warranty and older* products.
- Include with the product your full name, mailing address, phone and/or email.
- A full description of the problem and work required.
- Adequately pack to shipping company's guideline and insure the package for proper replacement value
